1 If you have any enquiries about the electronic General Demand Note (e-GDN), for example, amount payable, surcharge, paid amount, due date, etc., please contact the relevant e-GDN Issuing Office direct. The contact details (i.e. telephone number and/or email address) of the relevant Issuing Office can be found in the following ways:

(a) The telephone number of the relevant e-GDN Issuing Office is shown in the top left-hand corner of the e-GDN:




(b) The telephone number and email address of the relevant e-GDN Issuing Office are shown at the right-hand side of the e-GDN Account Summary Table in your e-GDN Account:




(c) The telephone number and email address of the relevant e-GDN Issuing Office are shown in the e-GDN Details Page:

 
2 If you encounter any difficulties for the use of e-GDN Account relating to IT problems, for example, fail to log-on to e-GDN Account, invalid activation link, etc., please contact the Treasury at 2845 8866 or .

 
3 If you encounter any difficulties for the use of e-GDN Account relating to the functions in "My Profile" page, for example, "Change Email Address", "Change Password", etc., please contact the Treasury at 2845 8866 or .
